Too Easy Campese!
SKILL Nº2 LATERAL PASS
This is a fundamental passing drill and my recommendation for ALL players and coaches. The lateral pass is a lot easier to use and execute than a spiral pass. It works well in both close contact or in distance passing.

SKILL Nº3 SPIRAL PASS
Spiral Passes have their place BUT they have a large margin for error as you need time to cock the ball. They are a good option for long passes, but they must be passed flat, not high, as this gives time for opposition to drift.

SKILL Nº4 EVADE
This is one of my favourite attacking moves and can be practiced at ANY age or level. Ball must ALWAYS be in 2 HANDS. Form a group of 5-6 players, each with ball in hand, run at each other within a small area practicing swerving and stepping.

SKILL Nº5 STEPPING
Stepping is all about attacking rugby and beating a man. It’s one of the most crucial skills to develop and dominate. Run with ball in both hands which keeps opposition guessing. Step on both sides varying page as you step.

SKILL Nº9 3 VS 2
This drill is for fullbacks and wingers. The purpose of this drill is to demonstrate how to move the ball into space under pressure. Get the ball to the middle to create more options. Remember communication is key.
